The Low-Down on Our Discreet Ordering & Shipping
How Do You Ship Orders?
We ship all orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx (FED) or the United Parcel Service (UPS).
When you checkout, you can select from several different options. We always honor expedited shipping requests.
If you are choosing shipping for a post office box, please choose an option from USPS. If you need a different shipping option, please contact us.
When Will You Ship My Order?
We process and ship all orders within 24 hours or on the next business day.
What Will the Shipping Box Say?
We have a “brown box” policy. You cannot tell the contents of the package from what it says on the outside.
The package will come from our USA-based warehouse in Broomfield, Colorado. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM THE USA. We are a US based company and out inventory is in the USA.
Do you ship discreetly?
Yes. The boxes we ship order in do not give any indication of the contents inside.
Free Shipping Over $50?
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $50 OR MORE IN THE CONTINENTAL US!
If you order more than $50 and live in the continental USA, “Free Shipping” will appear as an option. Select this and we will ship your order for free.
Will I Get a Tracking Number?
Yes. We provide a tracking number with every order.
- When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provide.
- When the order is shipped, you will receive a second email saying your order was shipped. This email will contain the tracking number.
What if My Package Gets Lost in the Mail?
We are responsible for your shipment until it is delivered to your home by UPS or USPS. Because we provide a tracking number with every order we are able to monitor your package in transit.
If it does not make it we will do a couple things.
- Refund any money you paid for shipping.
- Contact you at the email address you provided at checkout and see if you want us to try and resend the shipment, or provide a refund.
- At that point we may need additional information so we can process a claim with the shipping provider.
What If a Product I order is on Back Order?
We synchronize our inventory with our other stores and warehouse every 12 hours. That way we can ensure if you see a product on our site, we have it in stock.
Every once in a while, a product sells out within that 12-hour period. If that happens we will do a couple things.
- Send you the rest of the products in your order.
- Contact you and notify you that a product you ordered is on back order.
- Ask if you would like us to refund the price of the product or simply send it to you when it is available again.
Do you respect my privacy?
Yes, we respect online privacy and are staunch supporters of individual privacy on the internet.
Because we sell adult-oriented products, we understand the need for discretion. We work hard to protect the privacy, identities and personal information of our customers.
Your online safety and anonymity are one of our main concerns. We’ve taken a number of practical steps when structuring our order process to help protect your privacy.
- We only collect shipping and billing information you give us. You are in control of what information we get.
- No one at Flesh Toys For Boys will see your credit card information. We can only access the last four digits for identification purposes.
- No one at Flesh Toys For Boys will ask for your credit card information, ever.
- Credit card processing happens at PayPal or Stripe, depending on which payment method you select.
- We DO NOT accept credit cards on the phone or through email.
- We do not store your credit card information on this website.
- We DO receive your billing and shipping address.
- No one on our staff will ask you for personal information over the phone or through email.
- All order and payment information is encrypted using the latest 256-Bit SSL encryption protocols.

Do You See My credit Card Information?
Nobody at StudToys.com will see your credit card information when you place an order. We simply receive notification that the payment was accepted from Stripe or PayPal.
We CAN access the last four digits of your credit card for identification purposes.
What Information Do You COllect?
We collect your shipping and billing address so that we can ship your product. This is the customer information that you supply when you check out.
If you create an account with us we will be able to see a list of your past purchases – as will you. We will also maintain a copy of your shipping and billing addresses for future purchases. If you delete your account, that information will also be deleted automatically.
You do not need to create an account to purchase items from our store. This is completely at your discretion.
What WIll My Credit Card Statement Say?
For your discretion, your credit card will show a charge from “RR Digital.” This is us.
You will receive an auto-generated order notification from Info@StudToys.com when you place your order. This is to let you know everything went through correctly.
And then we will send another email when the order ships with the tracking number attached.
PLEASE NOTE: You will receive an email from Info@StudToys.com with your receipt when you order. This will come to the email address you provide when you submit your order. We will use this email address to contact you, if we need to, about the order. We will also send your tracking code to this email address when the order is processed.
Do you share or sell my information?
We do not sell or share ANY user, visitor or customer information. We are staunch advocates and supporters of internet privacy and do not release your customer information to any third-party.
What If I want My Customer Information Deleted?
You are in control of your information on our site. The only time we save your information is when you create an account on our site. If you want that information removed, simply delete the account.
We are also happy to remove an account manually, simply contact us and ask us to delete your user account.
Returns & General Information
Do You Accept Returns?
Of Course! We guarantee all products for 30-days after you receive them.
We ask that when you purchase a sex toy please inspect it and run it through its power cycles before using it on your body.
If you have an issue with a product please document it with a photo, video or gather as much info as possible and contact us immediately. We will work with you and the manufacturer to get your issue resolved as quickly as possible.
We will make sure you are satisfied and we honor every purchase.
Our products are covered under manufacturer’s warranties and product makers are more than happy to cover breaks and issues with the products. We will help facilitate any manufacturer returns in any way possible.

We take a wide variety of payment types. We accept Diner’s Club, American Express, Visa and Master Card. We also accept PayPal.

The products we sell at StudToys.com come from various distributors around the USA and the world. We are based in the Midwest (in Traverse City, Michigan) and we try to source our products from the United States. We send products from our stores in Michigan or our warehouse in Broomfield, Colorado.
